Office Build out
In this project, we had to create a whole new opening for an office space we were dividing. Our commercial client had asked us, that for this project we help them split one big office in half and help create 2 new offices as well as an opening for the newer side. Our challenge was simple, work around the clock to make sure we didn’t interrupt any member in the building during normal business hours, and to create this door opening that would match the rest of the hallway.

Apartment Door
In this project we relocated the front door 10 inches to the right to fit with customer's preference. Completed the demolition to create the new space for the opening. Performed the framing and door installation. Added new drywall and matched trim pieces. Finished by priming & painting new drywall to match the existing hallway walls.
